ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, &/or orders that use the same billing &/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail &/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete & accurate purchase & account information for all purchases made through our online shop. You agree to promptly update your account & other information, including your email address & credit card numbers & expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions & contact you as needed.
PURCHASES/PAYMENT PLANS/FREE TRIALS
We currently offer two methods of online payment.
- PayPal – Secure payment via Paypal. Please refer to www.paypal.com for PayPal Terms & Conditions.
- Stripe Credit Card Payment Gateway. Please refer to www.stripe.com for Stripe Terms & Conditions.
In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.
In some instances we offer a payment plan option for certain products that allow you to split the cost of the product in question over a period of time, to be determined by us. We will always do our best to make the period of time for the payment plan clear before completing your purchase. By selecting the payment plan option you agree that sufficient funds will be available in the nominated account to meet the instalment payments. If you miss a payment, we will make 4 attempts to retrieve the failed payment.
If we are unsuccessful after 4 attempts, in accordance with these terms of use the matter will be forwarded to a debt collection agency & we reserve the right to cease your access immediately & permanently. You also agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance.
In some instances we may offer free trials for certain products. By signing up for a free trial you agree to have your chosen payment method charged at the end of the trial period for the agreed upon amount and that sufficient funds will be available to meet this agreed upon amount. If the payment fails, we will make 4 attempts to retrieve the failed payment.
