The Healthy Patch formula is our 6-week step by step, online program created to show you exactly how to start growing your own nutrient dense food easily, to better support your health, regardless of your time commitments, experience or space.

The Healthy Patch formula is a completely online video training program rolled out over a 6 week period & takes you through the 6 core pillars built around growing your own nutrient dense food. Each of these pillars have been broken up into 6 weekly modules & each module contains a series of easy to follow, step by step video lessons that – by the end of week 6 – will give you the exact knowledge you need to be able to grow your own nutrient dense, incredible food in a simple & hassle-free way.
All course materials (such as videos, pdf’s & eBooks) are housed within your very own exclusive & beautifully designed members portal.
Once you’ve joined the program you will receive an email from us with your unique username & password to access your members portal, & from there, you will be greeted with 2 videos welcoming you to the program & showing you around/how to use the portal.
You’ll also be able to access your precourse downloadables + access The Healthy Patch Formula Community private facebook group to get you inspired & ready to go before the core training begins.
The 6 core modules will then be rolled out over the next 6-weeks, with one new module being released each week – but remember you have ‘lifetime access’ to this program so you can choose to go through the training videos & materials each week as they’re released over the 6-week period, or if you prefer, take it nice & slow & access the modules at a later stage when it suits you.
Once all modules have been released, you will get access to any additional bonuses + any updates to this program that we release in the future.
