Did you know that two thirds of the soil we use to grow our food in in Australia have been lost to degradation and that as we speak, our soil is being eroded at a faster rate than it’s being formed?
When soil becomes eroded it loses its structure, the nutrients disappears & the micro-organisms die off. All of this leads to dry, nutrient deficient soil that simply can’t produce the thriving nutrient dense food it once did.
And that’s just the agricultural land... The soil in our own backyards can be in just as bad a shape, if not worse! Now if you don’t know our story, about 8 years ago we both suffered from some incredibly challenging health concerns and after going down every conventional path we could with no result we finally decided to go down a natural health path and begin healing our bodies with REAL nutrient dense food.
